Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team at Martin Brower. As a key member of our distribution center team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products throughout our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing regular sanitation duties and adhering to company standards.
  • Product Handling: Safely stack and store products, check product quality as needed, and prepare trailers for loading by stripping them down and cleaning them out.
  • Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operations: Safely operate powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 months of related experience in a distribution warehouse environment or 6 months as a Warehouse Associate I.
  • Availability: Willing and able to work any day or shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Background and Drug Test: Must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Foodservice Distribution Experience: Previous experience in a foodservice distribution environment is a plus.
  • MHE Experience: 3 months of experience operating material handling equipment is preferred.
