As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, developing, managing, and implementing a comprehensive Medical Center Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, and Safety Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement industrial hygiene and safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees.
  • Conduct hazard assessments and develop control measures to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with facility management and staff to identify and address safety concerns.
  • Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, occupational health sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial hygiene and safety, with a focus on program management.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in industrial hygiene or a related field.
  • Certification from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH).
  • Experience with safety management software and systems.
