Position Overview: We are in search of a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to fill a full-time or part-time role. This position provides a chance to collaborate with diverse teams and apply advanced clinical expertise to deliver outstanding care to patients in various healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems to identify functional impairments and create tailored treatment strategies.
  • Administer evidence-based physical therapy techniques aimed at alleviating pain, enhancing mobility, and improving overall functional capabilities.
  • Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy methods, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as integral components of treatment plans.
  • Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic methods, safety protocols, and home exercise regimens to ensure ongoing care and promote lasting health.
  • Track and document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and responses to interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to guarantee coordinated patient care and maximize treatment effectiveness.
  • Maintain precise and timely records of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • CPR certification (BLS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Capability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in a healthcare environment, particularly in rehabilitation, acute care, or outpatient services.
  • Specialized training or certifications in fields such as orthopedics, neurology, sports rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation protocols.
