LPN Unit Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Unit Manager. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Lead and manage a team of LPNs to achieve high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication.

Requirements:

  • Active, current, unrestricted LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
