Job Summary

As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to patients under the supervision of the Case Manager and Clinical Manager. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide. You must also be able to read and understand written instructions, take direction via telephone, and make meaningful observations and report changes in patient condition. Additionally, you will need to have basic knowledge of computer applications and the ability to enter patient information into an electronic device.
