Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations: Own and optimize the e-commerce site for a seamless experience, develop strategies to boost conversion rates and revenue, manage product lifecycles, and track performance through analytics.
• Collaborate with creative teams to execute visually compelling site updates and landing page tests.
• Partner with the e-commerce agency to ensure alignment on brand goals and timely execution of deliverables.
• Monitor and support Kate McLeod's retail presence on third-party platforms and social commerce presence on Meta Shop and TikTok Shop.
Customer Relationship Management
• Enhance CRM strategy to build deeper connections with customers and drive repeat purchases.
• Analyze customer data to create targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Deploy automated customer flows and continually optimize them for improved performance and engagement.
• Develop strategies to reward customer loyalty and turn first-time buyers into lifelong fans.
Leadership and Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing team to align e-commerce initiatives with broader brand goals and storytelling.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus expertise preferred).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics tools and conversion optimization strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management, including email and SMS marketing.
• A passion for creating meaningful connections with customers and elevating their online shopping journey.
• Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter thriving in collaborative environments.
Salary
$110,000 - $130,000 annually.
