We are seeking to expand our clinical team by adding full-time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) who possess a strong foundation in orthopedic practices and Pilates training.
About Our ClinicWith over two decades of experience in the South Bay Beach Cities area, our clinic has recently moved to a larger facility equipped with state-of-the-art treatment rooms. We focus on treating individuals of all genders facing pelvic health challenges, pediatric bladder and bowel dysfunctions, and certain oncology rehabilitation needs.
Clinical ApproachOur practice emphasizes one-on-one patient care, ensuring that each session lasts 45 minutes and is conducted without the use of aides. We utilize advanced equipment such as Pilates reformers, trap tables, Wunda chairs, MOTR, and TRX for tailored exercise progressions, particularly for our postpartum clientele.
Professional DevelopmentWe are committed to continuous education and evidence-based practices. Our clinic has established a pelvic health residency program, providing opportunities for mentorship and professional growth. Experienced staff are encouraged to participate in teaching and developing specialized programs within our organization.

QualificationsRequired:
- Valid PTA license in California (or eligibility for licensure in California)
- Completion of Level One Pelvic Health Training through recognized institutions
- Strong background in orthopedics and manual therapy skills
Preferred:
- Minimum of one year of experience in pelvic health
- Training in Pilates mat and reformer, and/or TRX
