We are seeking a skilled Progressive Care Unit Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Registered Nurse in Auburn, Washington. As a Healthcare Traveler, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit, utilizing your nursing skills and knowledge to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Progressive Care Unit nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including 12-hour days.
