Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in telephone communications with courts, process servers, and defendants as part of the role.
  • Prepare and file legal documents accurately.
  • Conduct thorough case reviews and follow up with court clerks.
  • Manage inventory related to cases and address inquiries from garnishees and consumers.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently.
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred professional office experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Experience meeting project deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency is essential, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience in the legal field is advantageous.
  • Prior consumer interaction experience is beneficial.
  • Being a Notary Public is a plus.
