We are seeking dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our esteemed clinical team at LifeStance Health. Our organization is committed to providing comprehensive mental health services to children and adolescents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide flexible scheduling options, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available (minimum of 20 hours per week).
- Engage in 100% outpatient care, with no requirements for night shifts, on-call duties, or mandatory weekend work.
- Utilize both telemedicine and in-person consultations to meet patient needs.
- Access a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401k plan with matching contributions, paid parental leave, holiday pay, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Receive reimbursement for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
- Work in a collegial environment that fosters collaboration and support.

- Enjoy a competitive compensation range of $265,000 to $397,000 or more.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid license to practice in Colorado, be board eligible or board certified, and possess an unencumbered DEA.
- Experience in both medication management and therapeutic interventions is essential.
