Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Carolina Outreach, a leading provider of community-based behavioral services, is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Develop and implement crisis plans and transition plans to support client stability and success.
Requirements:
  • Mental Health or substance abuse licensure in North Carolina (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A).
  • Qualified Professional certification.
  • At least one year of experience in mental health issues.
