About the Role

At Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital, we are seeking an exceptional Strategic Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and projects across the organization.

Job Summary

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, team members, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Seven years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
