Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with diverse needs
- Address co-morbidities such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns
- Offer support and guidance to clients dealing with gender identity and gender dysphoria issues
- Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure seamless care
- Participate in admissions, discharge, and aftercare planning to ensure a smooth transition for clients
- Provide therapeutic meal support and model a healthy relationship with food
- Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care to each client based on their unique circumstances and intersecting identities
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline
- Commitment to providing inclusive, compassionate care
- Prior experience with a higher level of care, eating disorders, and/or addictions is highly desirable
- License eligibility
