As an AVP, Engineering Info Sec Manager, you will serve as a key technical resource responsible for the engineering and upkeep of our CyberArk suite.

This position offers the chance to influence the future direction and utilization of the applications currently in operation.

Your role will encompass providing thought leadership, professional support, and valuable contributions across various production support, development, and project initiatives.

In addition to hands-on technical responsibilities, you will oversee the daily management of the CyberArk engineering and support team.

We are in search of an experienced individual with a broad knowledge base and skill set across diverse technical domains, along with a solid understanding of industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of the platform's application and usage, consistently advocate for automation and process efficiency, and, when necessary, challenge and influence management to ensure optimal system utilization.

This individual will be accountable for the design, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the CyberArk Suite in a global context.

The successful candidate will be a self-driven, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technically complex environment, while also enjoying the cultivation of cross-organizational relationships, driving process simplification, and enhancing end-user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CyberArk Suite, including provisioning for Application Identity Manager (AIM), Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA), and Discovery and Analysis tools.
  • Possess a robust background in secrets management utilizing the Conjur platform.
  • Oversee Privileged User account administration for various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
  • Integrate diverse platforms with CyberArk, including various LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, databases, and networking devices.
  • Create and manage Safes, Platforms, and Owners.
  • Handle Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies management or redistribution.
  • Customize CPM and PSM connectors as needed.
  • Conduct health checks on all CyberArk servers to ensure consistent system availability for end users.
  • Interpret and analyze corporate security standards and baselines.
  • Maintain Security tool FAQs and support documentation.
  • Generate security reports for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Assist architects and engineers in data collection and report generation per specifications.
  • Test and certify new product versions, bug fixes, and provide detailed reports.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
  • Produce and maintain metrics and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; preferred fields include Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience, with a preference for Cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting CyberArk PIM Suite/Infrastructure, with a preferred background in deployment and implementation of Privileged Identity Management for large-scale clients. Experience with Privilege Cloud is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of high-availability (HA) and failover implementations for network infrastructure and server systems.
  • Strong preference for PSM connector customization experience.
  • CyberArk Platform certification is preferred.
  • Ability to convey highly technical information in an understandable manner to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and reliable.
  • Ability to take ownership and manage projects to completion.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Experience in maintaining and implementing new settings, along with remediation and mitigation as necessary.
  • Ability to document installation procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Experience in Windows programming (e.g., .Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with digital password vaulting solutions.
  • Experience with Windows/UNIX platforms in large heterogeneous environments.
  • Understanding of typical Enterprise Change Management processes.
  • Experience with human versus non-human (service) accounts.
  • Familiarity with LDAP (server and client), NIS, NIS+, PAM.
