Horizontal Drilling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Horizontal Drilling Specialist to oversee all aspects of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in drill locating, equipment setup, calibration, mud mixing, and site cleanup. Key responsibilities include accurately monitoring and guiding the drill during operations, preparing and dismantling drilling equipment on-site, calibrating the drilling beacon for accurate underground navigation, and maintaining drilling mud for optimal performance.

The selected candidate will operate directional drilling machinery for various underground installations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and collaborate with other team members to ensure project success and efficiency.

Required qualifications include proven experience in operating and locating HDD equipment, strong understanding of drill locating, equipment setup, and calibration processes, familiarity with mud mixing and maintaining drill performance, and ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy objects (90 lbs+).
