Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. The RBT will play a pivotal role in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families while working within our private preschool settings.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs to target skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
  • Provide direct, one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in various settings, including our private preschools, homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, preschool teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

 

Qualifications:

  • A current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
  • Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to various client locations are required.

 

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

 

Location: Mansfield, Elkland, and Troy, PA. Candidates must be willing and able to commute between these centers, with a maximum driving distance of up to 25 miles between locations.
