Piercing Studio Lead

We are seeking a skilled Piercing Studio Lead to join our team at Mejuri. As a key member of our piercing studio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, boosting profitability, and creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

• Oversee the piercing customer journey from start to finish, ensuring seamless interactions and a positive experience.
• Possess a calm and professional demeanor in piercing services, embodying Mejuri's values and promoting customer awareness about our brand and services.
• Act as an ambassador of Mejuri, building a strong clientele in the local market and communicating insights and opportunities related to piercing products and services.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to improve the flow and process of the Mejuri piercing studio, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Explain proper aftercare to clients, tailor aftercare information to specific materials and individual needs, and identify any medical concerns that may prevent piercing.
• Thoroughly explain service procedures and risks to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with the process.

• 2+ years of experience with needle piercing.
• Experience working with internally threaded 2-piece piercing jewelry.
• Up-to-date certifications in First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA.
• Experience working with autoclaves.
• Registration with local law enforcement or meeting requirements for permits such as the "Practitioner Registration", Blood-borne Pathogens, First Aid/CPR, and Vaccination requirements.
• Understanding of local market piercing law requirements.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols surrounding piercing procedures.
• Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
