Job Title: Emergency Department RN

CrossMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team in Stafford, VA. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work in our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar setting and be able to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop care plans.
  • Document patient information and care plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Emergency Department or similar setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
