- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring patients as needed
- Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
