Golden Corral is seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and promoting return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service. You will practice positive public relations by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests. Your attention to detail and enthusiasm for new products and special promotions will make a significant impact on our guests' experiences. You will work collaboratively with other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service and maintain a clean, neat appearance. Your positive attitude and professionalism will be essential in fulfilling Golden Corral's mission statement. Key responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, promoting teamwork, and maintaining operational excellence. You will thoroughly understand product specifications, perform opening and closing procedures, and bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager. You will also follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests.
