Cyber Security Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Support Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA Americas, Inc. This is a 6-12 month onsite/hybrid position with a competitive hourly rate of $50/hour W2.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational support for cybersecurity technologies, including Zscaler, Proxy Broadcom, and Active Directory.
- Communicate plans and routine updates on tasks and projects, open and escalate issues/risks.
- Schedule and lead working group meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
- Track and follow-up on action items to closure.
- Provide ad-hoc operational support.
- Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals.
- Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes.
- Advise or mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional Operations and Technology (O&T) counterparts and teams to improve O&T risk oversight.
- Ensure non-compliant items are addressed through coordination with Business Manager and business staff.
- Establish communication channels with cross-sector partners to efficiently tackle security issues that span multiple businesses.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience at a bank or financial institution preferred.
- Strong experience in Cyber Security and antiviralware with ZSCALER.
- Strong experience with Proxy Broadcom/Squid.
- Strong experience with Active Directory.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of Scripting and Programming Languages preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree preferred.
