This role involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing merchandise deliveries, completing tasks as assigned, and adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
  • Process merchandise deliveries, complete tasks as assigned, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
