Role Summary: The Certified Medical Assistant plays a vital role in delivering clinical support to patients while assisting with administrative tasks in a healthcare setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination and treatment areas, ensuring all necessary supplies and instruments are ready.
- Measure and document vital signs accurately in patient records.
- Conduct various medical assessments and laboratory tests as required.
- Maintain comprehensive patient documentation, including records and reports.
- Support billing processes and assist in the upkeep of office systems.
- Provide patient-centered care, adapting to individual needs and maintaining effective communication.
- Follow organizational conduct standards consistently.
- Execute additional tasks as directed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum weight of 5 lbs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication abilities with a diverse range of individuals.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Competence in computerized systems and data entry tasks.
Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Education: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.

- RMA-AMT
- RMA-NAHP
- AMCA
- NCMA
Language Proficiency: English (Speak, Read, Write)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no weekend or holiday shifts, and no on-call requirements. Occasional travel to different office locations may be necessary.
