Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at FullShift Staffing, LLC. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or RN Supervisor.
  • Assist with administering medications and treatments as directed by the Charge Nurse or RN Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living areas and common spaces.
  • Assist with mealtime and snack services, including serving food and drinks to residents.
  • Participate in resident care conferences and other meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or clinical experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
