About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Omega Innovations as a Building Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Project Management: You will be the primary point of contact for our construction and renovation projects, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing these initiatives.

Requirements
  • Education: You must have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: You must have several years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: You must have excellent technical skills, including knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. You must also have strong communication and project management skills.
