CMT Special Inspector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CMT Special Inspector to join our team at Atlas. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with plans and specifications.

Collaborate with owners and contractors to identify and address any issues or concerns.

Prepare detailed reports and data sheets to document inspection results and observations.

Communicate effectively with site representatives to provide project-specific recommendations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

3+ years of inspection/CMT experience.

Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret design plans and project instructions.

Ability to write daily reports and communicate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

ACI Field I certification.

ICC certifications in Reinforced Concrete, Pre-stressed Concrete, Structural Masonry, Structural Steel/Welding, Fireproofing, and/or Commercial Building Inspector.
