Job Title: Traveling Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Radiologic Technologist to join our team at IDR Healthcare. As a Traveling Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients in various healthcare settings.

Job Summary:
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients.
  • Position patients and equipment to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Position patients and equipment to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication to ensure a positive experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography (CT).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
