Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the maintenance and repair of electromechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and maintenance schedules.

Requirements
