Nurse Manager Role in OR Department

**Job Overview:**
i4 Search Group Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced nurse manager to lead our operating room team. As an Operating Room Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, developing staff members, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
- Oversight of operational efficiencies such as on-time starts and turnovers
- Developing and implementing educational programs/practices for department associates
- Supporting staff to have the correct tools and resources to complete their job roles
- Managing human, fiscal, material, support, and systems resources
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3 years RN experience, required
- 1-year clinical leadership experience, required
- High School GED required
- A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN), required
- Masters Degree preferred
- Current RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable, required
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Must sit for appropriate board certification within six months of hire or transfer into the role. Certification must be passed/obtained within two years of hire or transfer into the role.
Salary Range:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000, based on qualifications and experience.
