Position Overview: Respiratory Therapist

The Respiratory Therapist is tasked with delivering respiratory care services in alignment with the protocols and objectives of the healthcare institution. Responsibilities encompass mechanical ventilation, aerosol therapy with medications, airway management, patient surveillance, oxygen and humidity administration, along with specialized procedures. Candidates must possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy and hold a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential, licensed to practice in Ohio. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience, prior employment in a hospital setting, and active membership in the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC).

Work Schedule: The position requires 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Incentives: A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is available for full-time employees working 35 hours or more, disbursed over the first year contingent on performance.
