  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and market entry.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate updates, potential risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
  • Product Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Regularly present product updates, metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Product Management
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA desired).
  • PMP or CSM certification.
  • Aviation knowledge.
