- 5+ years of experience in Software Product Management
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
- Project Management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA desired).
- PMP or CSM certification.
- Aviation knowledge.
