Essential Skills:

  • Experience in capturing trade space for potential system solutions and establishing evaluation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in conducting concept studies and documenting results.
  • Expertise in conceptual engineering architecture development for space vehicles.
  • Familiarity with early program concept development and integration across multiple vehicles.
  • Ability to create functional block diagrams and allocations.
  • Experience in defining operational concepts for both single and multiple vehicle systems.
  • Knowledge of technology roadmap development and stakeholder needs assessment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NASA-related university programs and student engineering teams.
  • Background in working with various NASA organizations and centers.
  • Understanding of space mission analysis and human space exploration systems.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering practices in the space hardware field.
