Job Summary:

KurzSolutions is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-anesthetic evaluation, including preparing a health history, conducting a physical exam, and requesting diagnostic studies
  • Obtaining informed consent for anesthesia, anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence
  • Performing preoperative and intraoperative care, including selecting and administering anesthetics, adjuvant drugs, and accessory drugs
  • Managing airway, inserting peripheral venous catheters, and managing Bier Blocks
  • Providing non-invasive monitoring modalities and evaluating patient response during emergence from anesthesia
  • Initiating and administering respiratory support and pharmacological or fluid support of the cardiovascular system during the post-anesthetic period

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an approved School of Nursing and hold an unencumbered current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
  • Board certification by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
  • Current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
  • At least one full year (12 months) experience as a CRNA
  • BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
