A little about this position:

You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. You will also handle general building maintenance work orders as required. If you have experience working with boilers, that's a plus

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC and refrigeration service. You must also have knowledge of building systems and physical plant, as well as EPA 608 certification. Advanced knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems is essential. A valid CA driver's license is also required.

As a skilled professional, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results. Strong communication skills and customer relations are crucial in this role.

The estimated hourly pay rate for this position is $34.38 to $52.96.
