Job Overview

Position: Tech Lead - AI

Role Summary:

  • Possess over 10 years of experience, with a proven track record of leading AI initiatives, particularly in Generative AI, while working within an onshore-offshore framework.
  • Minimum of 1 year of practical experience implementing large language model frameworks and tools such as Langchain, Llamaindex, and Flowise.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in fine-tuning large language models.
  • 2+ years of expertise in natural language processing, including large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • 5+ years of experience in exploratory data analysis and feature engineering, focusing on both unstructured text data and structured/semi-structured metadata.
  • Expertise in Python and associated machine/deep learning libraries (e.g., Sklearn, Torch, Keras, Spacy, Pandas).
  • Experience in chatbot development is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation techniques and their application in AI projects.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and deploying AI models in production settings.
  • Proficient in NLP libraries and frameworks, including Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Skilled in designing and developing chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Proficient in utilizing and fine-tuning transformer-based models such as GPT.
  • Experience in customizing pre-trained models for specific applications, including virtual assistants and task automation.
  • Ability to integrate applications with various platforms and services via RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with data pipeline and ETL processes.
  • Experience in A/B testing, model tuning, and iterative enhancements to improve chatbot accuracy and user satisfaction.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science is required.
