We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed social worker to join our team as the Director of Behavioral Health at Signet Health Corporation. This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in clinical program development, management, and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our psychiatric unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Supervise and mentor a team of licensed professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term goals for the program, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote the program's reputation and services.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
