Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have the ability to accurately read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Lifting 25 pounds from floor level to chest height.
  • Standing for 3-hour durations.
  • Kneeling, stooping, and bending continuously for 3 hours.
  • Reaching out and over equipment for short periods.
  • Lifting hands above shoulder height multiple times throughout the shift.
  • Pushing and spreading material at waist height multiple times throughout the shift.
Work Environment

The work environment at MitSix is a typical production setting. Employees may be required to wear safety attire or protective gear and may be exposed to distracting noise levels. The work area is generally well-lit and at ambient temperatures, similar to a typical office environment.
