Job Summary:

Loma Linda Staffing is seeking a highly skilled LCSW to join our team as a Clinical Social Worker - Bilingual Spanish. The ideal candidate will have experience in community health programs, substance abuse programs, and mental health services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and program consultation and direction over community health programs, substance abuse programs, support groups, mental health programs, and gender health care programs.
  • Conduct engagement and outreach with the community to increase awareness of programs and services and increase needs of clients being met.
  • Collaborate with community partners, including LA County Department of Mental Health Services, community-based organizations, health plans, and LGBTQ+ organizations, to ensure needs of clients are being met.
  • Provide consultation and direction over linkage to care and referrals to ensure needs of clients are being met.
  • Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements related to behavioral health and mental health services.
  • Provide culturally competent and sensitive care to ensure the needs of diverse clients and communities are met.
Qualifications:
  • LCSW licensed in the State of California.
  • Experience in community health programs, substance abuse programs, and mental health services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
