The Culinary Operations Supervisor oversees all aspects of kitchen management. This role involves designing and implementing menus, training, guiding, and inspiring the culinary team.

The supervisor is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests at Quest Food Management Services LLC. This includes managing the complete cycle of food procurement processes, deliveries, inventory control, food production, menu innovation, creative presentation, safety protocols, event catering execution, maintaining cleanliness standards, safeguarding company assets, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
