Job Summary

Kilgore College is seeking a highly qualified Mathematics Instructor to join our faculty team. As a Mathematics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching mathematics courses to students at our Kilgore and Longview campuses. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about teaching and committed to providing high-quality education to our students.

Responsibilities
  • Teach mathematics courses to students at our Kilgore and Longview campuses.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to students.
  • Participate in department meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum.
  • Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mathematics education.
Requirements
  • A master's degree or higher in mathematics with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in mathematics.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a college instructor.
  • Commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for mathematics education.
