About the Position

This is a hourly position with a pay range of $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience. You'll work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be required to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store.

Responsibilities
  • Share product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends with customers to inform and inspire their shopping experience.
  • Deliver a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications for efficient customer interaction.
  • Assist leadership team in receiving and placing new product, and support customers with in-store, curbside, and local delivery.

  • Experience in customer service
  • Basic knowledge of home decor trends & gardening
  • Ability to work flexible hours
