Leasing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our team at AION Management. As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for conducting leasing activities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless resident experience.

• Leasing and Sales: Conduct leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, providing tours, and coordinating move-ins. Perform market surveys and physical shops of competitors to stay up-to-date on market trends.
• Administrative Tasks: Inspect apartments with new residents, complete necessary paperwork, and accurately process and report receipt of application fees, security deposits, and rents.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, display a courteous and professional attitude, and maintain availability for resident functions and community events.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
• Experience: 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Licenses and Certifications: In Pennsylvania or New Jersey, must obtain a real estate license within 180 days of hire.
• Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), excellent English communication skills, and ability to walk apartments and grounds.
