Job Summary
As a Retail Department Supervisor at Marshalls, you will be responsible for training and coaching Associates on providing exceptional customer service and promoting loyalty programs. You will also assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates. Additionally, you will address customer concerns and issues promptly, and ensure that Associates execute tasks and daily activities efficiently.
