**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the manufacturing engineering team to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
