Position Summary: The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will report directly to the Director of FP&A, providing essential support to our distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports; analyze, clarify, and address variances.
  • Develop customized reports for executive leadership.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in supporting a distribution network is highly desirable.
  • Facilitate the long-term strategic planning process by constructing financial models to assess assumptions and predict potential outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting multiple operational sites.
  • Manage and update data from various sources within our multidimensional database: Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS).
  • Contribute to the implementation of OneStream as the new consolidation system, taking on the role of system administrator to enhance its usage across the organization and expand its functionalities.
  • Participate in the monthly general ledger closing process by preparing necessary journal entries.
  • Assist with reporting requirements for lenders, private equity, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for FP&A roles.
  • An MBA and CPA designation are advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP principles.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Experience in a distribution setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OneStream and Oracle Hyperion Planning or similar multidimensional databases is beneficial.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including advanced modeling capabilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
