We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ATC Columbia. As a PRN Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide medical and nursing diagnoses, and initiate appropriate referrals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and an accredited nurse practitioner program
- Current and unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse and required state authority to practice as a nurse practitioner
- At least one year experience as a nurse practitioner in a clinical setting
- Competitive hourly rate of $90
