About the Role

GPM Investments LLC is seeking a talented Assistant Manager to lead our convenience store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to set goals, objectives, and strategies for store success.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage merchandise flow.
  • Ensure store appearance and maintenance meet company standards.
  • Manage key financial aspects, including cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between the Store Manager and employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Liability insurance on personal vehicle
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and days
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
