Job Title: Registered Nurse Step Down Unit

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a Registered Nurse in our Step Down Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About the Job

This is a travel nursing assignment that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and develop care plans
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a current RN license in the state of Virginia and at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Step Down Unit or similar setting. You must also be able to pass a background check and provide proof of current certifications and training.
