- Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- State certification or registration as a Respiratory Therapy Technician or Therapist.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
