Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

CrossMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to work in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and delivery nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
